Private lessons are focused on individual development through structured work on rhythm, movement control, and improvisational practice.
We begin with understanding the rhythmic framework of Zeibekiko and how the body can organize itself within it.
From there, we develop a personal movement vocabulary and apply it through guided improvisation exercises tailored to your physicality, experience level, and goals.
This format allows for detailed feedback and precise adjustments in real time.
Private lessons can also support specific objectives, such as preparing a performance for a wedding, building confidence in social settings, or developing a deeper understanding of Greek dance as a cultural practice.
